Jodie Bell
Creative Founder & CEO
Jodie Bell is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and healthcare leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships. As the founder of Simply Stay Homes, she is developing a hospitality brand focused on beautifully updated rental homes that combine comfort, luxury, and memorable guest experiences.
In addition to Jodie's passion for real estate Jodie has built a successful career in the oncology specialty pharmacy space.
Driven by a vision of delivering a high-quality guest experience, Jodie is expanding Simply Stay Homes into a platform that will eventually allow other property owners to market and manage their short to mid-term rentals. She believes in transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary places while helping others create new income opportunities through hospitality.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys travel, interior design, fitness, photography, and spending time with family. She is passionate about continuous growth, inspiring others to pursue ambitious goals, and creating a legacy built on integrity, innovation, and service.
Carolyn Estes
Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years of experience across industries and global markets, Carolyn brings operational expertise, strategic thinking, and people-centered leadership to her role as COO of Simply Stay Homes.
Her background in technology, account management, and process optimization includes partnering with multimillion-dollar brands and senior executives across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
At Simply Stay Homes, Carolyn turns vision into action by developing streamlined processes, strong systems, and partnerships that support sustainable growth. Known for her collaborative approach, authenticity, and adaptability, she builds trusting relationships and helps people feel supported and empowered.

Alisha Bell
Property Manager Assistant
Alisha is a Property Management Assistant at Simply Stay Homes and a Business Administration student at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. With a background in hospitality and customer service, she brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming approach to guest care.
She supports daily operations by coordinating cleaning and maintenance, preparing properties for arrivals, and assisting with guest communication. A former collegiate student-athlete, Alisha brings teamwork, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to helping Simply Stay Homes deliver comfortable stays and memorable guest experiences.
